Fire and explosion safety system for two-stage dust-collecting devices with a cyclone in the first stage contains a device for the first stage of dust-collecting, which is installed in front of the dust-collecting device for fine cleaning of the dusty gas stream and is made in the form of a cyclone, comprising a housing with a dust removal pipe, straightener with screw-shaped lid, inlet and outlet nozzles, and the filter element is fixed on the outlet nozzle. Fine dust collecting device includes a frame construction with fences, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collecting cart, installed on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag-type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet nozzles, in the entrance duct of the dust collecting device a collector with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system is installed with a control unit connected by electronic communication with a common microprocessor. Each of the injectors of the fire and explosion safety system of the device includes a case with a swirl chamber and a nozzle, the housing is made in the form of an inlet fitting with a central hole and rigidly connected to it and coaxial cylindrical sleeve with internal thread and expansion chamber, coaxially to the housing, and coaxially to the housing in its lower part is connected to the sleeve by means of a thread nozzle, made in the form of an inverted glass, in the bottom of which a turbulent swirl of liquid flow is made with at least two inclined to the axis of the nozzle inlets in the form of cylindrical holes located in the end surface of the nozzle, where the central cylindrical throttle hole is also made, connected with a mixing chamber of the nozzle, communicated in series with diffuser outlet chamber. In the diffuser outlet chamber divider is installed, made in the form of at least three spokes, each of which is fixed at one end to the outer surface of the diffuser outlet chamber perpendicular to its surface, and the other to the surface of the body of rotation, for example, a ball, the axis of which coincides with the axis of the diffuser outlet chamber, and the rotational body itself is located in the lower part behind the diffuser outlet chamber cut, to the end surface of the cylindrical sleeve coaxial with the housing, diffuser is attached coaxially to diffuser chamber, the cut surface of which lies in a plane below the surface of the body of rotation of the divider. Or the divider is made in the form of two spokes, each of which is fixed with one end to the external surface of the diffuser outlet chamber, perpendicular to the surfaces forming it, and others on the axis, on which a rotational body is installed, made in the form of a ball, the center of which lies on the axis of the diffuser outlet chamber, while the surface of the rotational body, made in the form of a ball, installed on the axis with the possibility of rotation, made perforated. To the surface of the body of rotation, made in the form of a ball mounted on an axis with the possibility of rotation, elements are installed that carry out its rotation, for example, in the form of segments of helical blades. On the inner surface of the central cylindrical throttle opening of the vortex nozzle of the spraying device located in the end surface of the nozzle, screw grooves are made for additional swirling of the fluid flow, and in the body of rotation of the nozzle, the axis of which coincides with the axis of the diffuser outlet chamber, and the body of rotation itself is located in the lower part behind the cut of the diffuser outlet chamber, resonant grooves are shaped in the form of a cylindrical surface of different diameter and length, performing the functions of Helmholtz resonators, their dimensions are determined by the necessary pulsation frequency of the liquid flow to increase the fineness of the sprayed flame.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
