SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique. Fire and explosion protection system for two-stage dust collection devices with an acoustic cyclone in the first stage comprises a first dust collection unit, which is made in the form of an acoustic cyclone, comprising a body consisting of a cylindrical and conical parts, and located in its upper part of the peripheral input of the gas stream and the outlet branch of the purified gas. Oscillation generator is located at the top of the column and is connected to the control unit. Acoustic column in its lower part is connected to the axial outlet branch of the purified gas and contains a conical baffle plate installed by its large base in the bottom base of the acoustic column, and the cavity formed by the surfaces of the baffle plate and column is connected by a bypass tap to the peripheral inlet of the gas stream. Fine dust collecting apparatus includes a frame body with fences, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collector mounted on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag-type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet branches. In the entrance duct of the dust collecting device a collector with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system is installed with a control unit connected by electronic communication with a common microprocessor. Nozzles of the fire and explosion safety system of the device include a body and a coaxially disposed and rigidly connected to it in the upper part of the fitting with an inlet cylindrical bore connected to a diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the housing, on which a perforated disk is disposed. In the lower part of the housing, there is an axially symmetric housing with a nozzle with at least three protrusions centering it in an axial cylindrical chamber. Nozzle is made with a central hole, on the inner surface of which a screw thread is made. Between the perforated disk and the nozzle there is a hollow helical cone swirler with a screw thread, while the nozzle is pressed against the nozzle body by a threaded washer with a central confuser.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
