FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust-collecting technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases. Invention is aimed to increase efficiency and reliability of dust-collecting process, as well as to reduce metal intensity and vibro-acoustic activity of apparatus as a whole. In two-stage dust collection unit, which includes cyclone for pre-cleaning dust collection system, which comprises body consisting of cylindrical and conical parts, peripheral inlet of gas flow, made in form of inlet pipe, and exhaust device comprising exhaust pipe for outlet of purified gas, upper and lower housing having inner cup housed therein with sump and discharge tube, spreader having splitter arranged in exhaust pipe, in exhaust pipe there is filter element consisting of parts that are formed by exhaust pipe and dissipator, fine filter with integrated fire and explosion safety system, each of nozzles of fire-explosion safety system of the device includes body and coaxially disposed and rigidly connected to it in upper part, fitting with inlet cylindrical bore connected to diffuser, which is axially symmetric in housing, on which perforated disk is disposed, and in body lower part a body is placed axisymmetric to nozzle, with at least three projections centering it in axial cylindrical chamber, herewith nozzle is made with a central hole on the inner surface of which a screw thread is made, and between the perforated disk and the nozzle is placed a hollow helical conical swirl nozzle with a screw thread, the nozzle is pressed against the nozzle body by a threaded washer with a central confuser.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency and reliability of dust collection process by providing installation with fire-explosion safety system.
