METHOD OF QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION OF THE DEGREE OF DEVELOPMENT OF DEFECTS WHEN OPERATING PUMPING UNITS OF REFUELING EQUIPMENT OF ROCKET AND SPACE COMPLEXES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F04D15/00 F04B51/00 G01M15/00

Abstract RU 2673629 C1

FIELD: rocket technology; space technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rocket and space technology, in particular to the field of diagnostics of rotor equipment by vibration and an estimation of a degree of development of defects of pumping units of the refueling equipment of rocket-space complexes. When operating pumping units, defects occur in the elements that cause vibrations. By the magnitude of recorded vibration characteristics, such as vibration velocity, vibration acceleration, vibration, determine the technical condition of the unit and when the quantitative values regulated by regulatory documents determine the possibility of further trouble-free use. Method of quantitative estimation of the degree of development of defects in the operation of pumping units implies, that the signal of vibration velocity of the structural elements of the installation is considered as a generalized indicator of the technical state of pumping aggregates and is represented in the form of a polynomial model, including the main variables that determine the degree of development of defects as the cause of the occurrence of vibration. According to the model, graphs of variables are constructed, and on their basis a quantitative evaluation of the degree of development of defects in the pump unit is made.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in a new way of obtaining quantitative information on the degree of development of a defect at any time during the operation of pumping units of refueling equipment for rocket and space complexes.
