FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to endovascular diagnosis. Angiographic study is performed. Angiograms are analysed to detect characteristics of collateral blood flow. Method includes additionally examining types of collateral blood flow in post-occulusion segment of target coronary artery on its filling by contrast substance. And when viewing post-occulusion segment along entire length or its fragment is filled with imaging of a distal stump due to intrasystem collateral blood flow antegrade conduction COCA recanalisation is performed. When filling post-occlusion segment on greater length without imaging distal stump or fragmented filling without imaging distal stump by intrasystem collaterals contralateral contrast enhancement is performed. When viewing post-occlusion segment along entire length or its fragment is filled with imaging of a distal stump due to intersystem collateral blood flow antegrade conduction COCA recanalisation is performed.

EFFECT: method provides higher diagnostic accuracy by providing possibility of objective angiographic evaluation of collateral blood flow, reducing complications and preventing life-threatening conditions, as well as reducing cost of analysis procedure.
