FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to endovascular surgery, and can be used for treatment of coronary artery distal to perforation conditions anticoagulation. For this purpose, vessel diameter less than 1.3 mm through low-traumatic superselective microcatheter under fluoroscopic guidance is introduced 1 ml of liquid embolic system solution TRUFILL® n-BCA. Solution is prepared in compliance with ratio of components TRUFILL® n-BCA ethiodised oil and n-butyl cyanoacrylate equal to 1:3.
EFFECT: method provides an effective low-impact X-ray controlled stable coronary artery occlusion and myocardial necrosis area limitation due to precise targeted delivery of drug in blood vessels of small diameters, immediate and reliable stop bleeding in life-threatening situations under anticoagulation due to optimum ratio of volume of drug components and shortening time of its polymerisation.
