FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for conversion of heavy hydrocarbon raw materials, at least 50 wt.% of which boils at a temperature of at least 300°C, and, in particular, vacuum residues. Raw materials are subjected to the first stage a) of deep hydroconversion in a movable layer, optionally followed by a stage b) of separation of a light fraction, and, after the stage b), at least one heavy residual fraction is obtained, at least 80 wt.% of which has a boiling temperature of at least 250°C. The mentioned heavy fraction obtained at the stage b), or effluent obtained at the stage a) is directed then to the second stage c) of deep hydroconversion in a movable layer. The total hourly space velocity for stages a)-c) is less than 0.1 hour-1. Effluent obtained at the stage c) is separated to separate a light fraction. The resulting heavy fraction, at least 80 wt.% of which has a boiling temperature of at least 300°C, is directed to a stage e) of deasphalting. After that, the deasphalted fraction DAO is preferably converted at a stage f), using a process selected from catalytic cracking in a fluidized layer or hydrocracking in a fixed layer.
EFFECT: high yield and high quality of DAO oil, increase in the depth of conversion in processing of DAO oil on at least one stage of conversion.
