FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry engineering and can be used for manufacture of foundry ceramic molds from investment patterns in manufacture of precision castings from ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Method of making easily cleaned foundry ceramic molds, obtained by investment patterns, includes the manufacture of a model block, layer-by-layer application of a suspension on a hydrolyzed ethyl silicate binder, sprinkling with refractory material, drying each layer, removing a model and calcining of a ceramic form. In each layer of the suspension copper chloride or magnesium sulfate is injected in the amount of 1–6 pts. wt. or 1–8 pts. wt., respectively, at 100 pts. wt. of the suspension.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is higher quality of cleaning of a casting from a ceramic form, as well as reducing the time spent on the operation of cleaning castings.
