FIELD: foundry, namely producing ceramic shell molds.
SUBSTANCE: method is realized at using binder of first or two first layers of mold suspension with hydrolyzed ethyl silicate solution as binder and using for next layers suspension with liquid glass. Silicon dioxide in tridymite phase with fraction size up to 100 micrometers and 100 - 400 micrometers respectively is used as refractory filler of suspension and refractory material. After applying first or two first layers at using hydrolyzed solution of ethyl silicate as binder, release layer on base of aluminum-boron phosphate concentrate with density 1.25 - 1.30 g/cm3 is applied. Refractory material is clad with aluminum-boron phosphate concentrate in quantity 3 - 5% of mass of granular material.
EFFECT: improved heat resistance, strength and high stability of ceramic envelopes to interaction with cast alloy.
