FIELD: sealing devices.

SUBSTANCE: sealing device (1) comprises elastic body (2) formed from an annular elastic element, and reinforcing ring (3) formed from an annular metal. Elastic body (2) comprises fastening section (4) inserted into the section to be fixed and sealing section (5) in close contact with the shaft with the possibility of sliding said shaft. Lubricant is applied to sealing lip (51) of sealing area (5). Lubricant contains at least one of a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and mineral oil as a base oil and has low temperature starting moment of 25 N∙cm at -30 °C.

EFFECT: proposed sealing device is capable of reducing wear on the lip at low temperatures.
