FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to repair pipelines partially destroyed during operation or to protect them from the effects of corrosive media, mechanical damage, corrosion. Method includes two coaxially arranged tubular film shells based on a thermoplastic polymer material. One of them – external polyethylene – is adjacent to the internal surface of the pipeline, and the other is separated from it by coaxial main and additional reinforcing layers, impregnated with hardened polyester binder, thickened with aerosil. Reinforcing layers impregnated with the polyester binder additionally contain polyoxyacid amides, in the following ratio of components in wt. including: polyester resin 100; aerosil 3–5; polyoxyacid amide 0.3–1.5; curing initiator 4.0. In another embodiment of the method, a substituted urea is used as a thickener, in the following ratio of components in wt. including: polyester resin 100; substituted urea 0.1–1; curing initiator 4.0.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the quality of the coating and increase its service life.
