SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the commercial vehicle air brake system. System contains at least one pneumatic spring brake, safety valve, parking brake assembly, tubes network, at least first and second compressed air tanks, and the parking brake assembly control valve. First tubes subnet contains tubes configured to constantly be under pressure. Second tubes subnet contains at least one tube configured not to be under pressure when the parking brake function is switched on. First tubes subnet contains tubes creating the fluid communication between the first and second tanks and the parking brake assembly, in which the air flow direction in these tubes is arranged with possibility to control at least one corresponding valve.

EFFECT: invention further relates to the air flow to the pneumatic brake system pneumatic spring brake controlling method.
