Method of manufacturing a colored filler from crumb elastic materials for use as coatings for sports and children's playgrounds includes the formation on the surface of the crumb shell from the coloring matter in the form of a polyurethane composition with a pigment paste-like colored dye by continuously mixing the chips with the specified coloring matter in the mixer, made with a heating jacket, providing the temperature on the walls of the mixer housing 110–120 °C, when the speed of rotation of the shaft of the mixer is 30–35 rpm and the mixing time is 3–5 minutes, while the “sharp” water vapor with a temperature of 100–110 °C is supplied to the mixer.

EFFECT: obtaining a color filler coating with high aesthetic indicators, accelerating the process of polymerization of the polyurethane composition.
