FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing porous coatings used for constructing tracks, sidewalks, floors on children's and sports grounds, for the manufacture of mats for general use, mats for use in vehicles, in rooms and entrances thereof, in swimming pools, etc. Method for manufacturing a rubber coating comprises preparing a mixture by mixing a filler of rubber crumbs and a polyurethane based binder, unloading the resulting mixture, simultaneous and separate from each other preparing a mixture for the lower and upper layers using a filler made of rubber crumbs, using a pigment dye in the upper layer, sequential unloading of the mixture for the upper layer, packing the mixture for the upper layer in a mould, unloading the mixture for the lower layer and pressing under pressure by means of a press, holding until the resulting coating is completely cured and unloading from the mould. Method is characterised by that for the upper layer a mixture is used with the following ratio of ingredients, wt%: liquid glass 16.129–22.523; rubber crumbs – 51.613–67.568; pigment – 4.505–25.806; polyurethane adhesive – 5.405–6.452; for the lower layer, the mixture is used with the following ratio of ingredients, wt%: crushed stone – 52.778–72.289 with temperature not lower than 12°C; aluminium paint – 4.016–8.333; liquid glass – 4.016–8.333; rubber crumbs – 16.064–27.778; polyurethane adhesive – 2.778–3.614 with a temperature not lower than 15 °C.

EFFECT: technical result is that the coating is less deformed from external environmental factors in comparison with the prototype, which provides high reliability and durability.
