FIELD: dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry; it is intended for use in the individualization of orthodontic products. Polymer composite material for obtainment of a set of paste-like paints contains, wt.%: titanium dioxide 0-0.2, colors 0-15.5, transparent paste-like paint – up to 100. Moreover, the transparent paste-like paint contains, wt.%: oligomeric binder 55.5; filler coated with a layer of the oligomeric binder 44.5, where the oligomeric binder is homogeneous mass containing, wt.%: a compound, which is a product of hydrolysis and co-polycondensation of γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and phenyltrimethoxysilane at a molar ratio of 1:1 5.0; bis-GMA 39.0; urethandimethacrylate (UDMA) 48.0; trimethylpropanmethacrylate (TMPMA) 5.0; photo-initiating system 3.0. In this case, the photo-initiating system is a mixture of camphoroquinone, diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide, and ethyl-4-dimethylaminobenzoate at a ratio of 0.3:0.7:2.0, respectively. The filler coated with the layer of the oligomeric binder is obtained by mixing with 90% oligomeric binder solution in ethyl alcohol with a mixture of bulk components, including, wt.%: aerosil R 709 19.3, aerosil R 711 14.8, aerosil OX-50 -27.9, strontium glass filler 38.0, at a ratio of the mixture of bulk components and the oligomeric binder solution in ethyl alcohol of 44.5 and 55.5 wt.%, respectively. The resulting suspension is thermostated at 70°C with constant mixing at a speed of 50 rpm for 4 h, dried at a temperature of 60°C for 2 h, periodically mixing from 4 to 6 times. Then, the temperature is increased to 120°C, the suspension is kept for one hour at pressure of 0.1 atm, the filler is cooled to a temperature of 40°C and sift through a sieve with a nylon mesh with a cell size of 1 mm.

EFFECT: creation of light-curing polymer composite material in the form of a set of paste-like paints, which, when applied in layers to structures – acrylic prostheses, made on a 3D printer or CAD/SAM system, metal frames of removable and non-removable dentures, ensure the achievement of shades that best match the color of tissues in the oral cavity, including natural color reproduction of the garniture of teeth, detailed texture of the gingival part of the prosthesis with imitation of capillaries of gingival tissues.
