FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement technology and can be used to measure radial clearances (RC) between the ends of the working blades of a turbomachine and the sensitive element (SE) of a single-turn eddy current sensor, installed on the stator shell of the turbomachine, as well as measuring the temperature of the working medium in the flow part. To measure the RC on the stator shell install one sensor, which is turned on in a measuring transducer with a digital code at the output, and the period of occurrence of codes is significantly less than the period of appearance of the blades. To obtain measurement results in the process of rotation of the impeller from the continuous sequence of codes, an extreme code value is fixed for each blade of the turbomachine impeller being monitored, corresponding to the passage of the center of the zone of sensitivity of the sensor by the end of the blades Ck and center of interscapular interval C∞, following the blade Lk. Temperature value Θ in the flow part of the turbomachine is determined by the value of the code of C∞ and dependencies of C∞ = ƒ(Θ), obtained experimentally for a given variety of blades and specific characteristics of the sensor. RC is calculated by the difference of the first and second codes of ΔC and by the value of the calculated temperature Θ on the basis of the experimentally obtained dependence ΔC = ƒ(RC, Θ).
EFFECT: technical result is to provide a comprehensive measurement of the radial clearance and temperature of the medium in the gas-air path of a gas turbine engine (GTE) using a single sensor body and reducing measurement error due to temperature changes.
