FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device of mechanotherapy of the temporomandibular joint consists of a head helmet, chin rest, a guide with which the rest of the chin and attachment interacts. Mechanotherapy device is equipped with an automatic control system, which includes servo drives, software drivers and a secondary power source, and additionally contains vertical brackets, fitted with sagittal guides, horizontal brackets, fitted with plates, on which the front guides and the lead screw are mounted. Fasteners are equipped with bolts and wing nuts. Chin stop is located on the chassis screw and is equipped with a nut, by means of which it interacts freely with the chassis screw, engaging with it. Front guides are parallel to the spindle, freely passing through the through holes at the base of the chin rest. Horizontal brackets are connected to the plates by bolts in the grooves of the horizontal brackets with the ability to adjust the position of the plates, together with the chin rest in the horizontal plane, followed by fixing the selected position with wing nuts. Vertical brackets are mounted on the head helmet on both sides, in the area of the lateral temporomandibular ligaments, on fixed brackets, the bolts of which are installed in the grooves of the vertical brackets located in their upper part, with the possibility of adjusting the position of the vertical brackets in height with subsequent fixation with wing-nuts. Servos located on the vertical brackets are connected to the horizontal brackets by means of crank-slider mechanisms. At the other end of the horizontal brackets, on one of the plates, a servo actuator is mounted, which is rigidly connected to the lead screw with the possibility of providing it with a rotational movement, providing a reciprocating movement to the chin rest. Automatic control system has two independent circuits that receive independent settings of software setters for movement of the temporomandibular joint. Input of the secondary power supply is connected to the primary power supply, and the output is connected to the power inputs of the servos. Output of the software control unit of one circuit is connected to the information inputs of two servo drives located on the vertical brackets. Output of the software control point of another circuit is connected to the information input of the servo drive located on the plate.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the functionality of the device for mechanotherapy, comfort and reliability in use, as well as simplifying the manufacture and use of the device for mechanotherapy.
