SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, specifically to a heterocyclic compound of formula (I) or to a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in which R1 represents Hal, LA, O(LA), CN, CONH2; RA represents H; each R2 is independently Hal, OH or A; A represents an alkyl group having 1 C atom; R3 is ; R4 represents C6-aryl or 6-membered monocyclic heteroaryl ring having 1 heteroatom independently selected from nitrogen atoms, each of which is mono- or disubstituted with Hal, LA; LA is an unbranched or branched saturated linear hydrocarbon chain having 1, 2, 3 C atoms, where 3 H atoms can be substituted with Hal; Hal is F, Cl; and n is 1 or 2. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of formula (I), its use and a method for treating cancer. (I).
