FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a compound of formula I, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a pharmaceutical composition containing it, a method of inhibition and a method of treatment. In formula I, A' represents either C=O, CH2, CHOH or NH; L represents a divalent group selected from the following: C6-10 aryl, 3–8 membered saturated or partially unsaturated carbocyclic ring; each of which is optionally substituted with one or two halogens; X represents either CR or N; Y represents NR or S; Z represents either CR or N; R1 represents C6-10 aryl, which is optionally substituted with one or two substituents selected from halogen, C1-6 alkyl or -CN; R2 represents -R, C1-6 haloalkyl; each R independently represents hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, a saturated 3–7 membered heterocyclic ring containing 1 heteroatom representing oxygen; each of which is optionally substituted with one substituent selected from C1-6 alkyl, -OH or -CN.
EFFECT: compound of formula (I) with inhibitory activity against IRAK.
