Summary of Invention thing is set the frequency of oscillation of the blade, keep it constant and at a given frequency measure the values of the amplitude of oscillations at a given point of the blade, measure the interplanar distance of the crystal lattice at zero and maximum amplitudes of oscillations at a given point of the blade using the X-ray structural method, using the measurement results, calculate the elastic deformation and the magnitude of the elastic deformation determine the amount of stress at a given point of the blade.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of determining stresses in an oscillating blade using a non-contact radiographic method.
