FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the measuring equipment and can be used for the surface finishing and hardening processing technological process monitoring, as well as during the research and laboratory work in the educational process. Claimed complex device for the metal surface condition studying contains a grounded metal table for the measured plate placing, a vibrating measuring probe, measuring probe to the potential contact difference measured value selection electronic unit electromechanical connection unit. At that, the vibrating measuring probe is made in the form of a disk with an opening in the center, and into the device the optical system and video camera are introduced, located opposite the opening in the measuring probe. Optical system contains an additional lens, located on the optical axis, coinciding with the opening in the vibrating electrode center and the video camera lens, and opposite the said opening beam-splitting unit with the illuminator is located, arranged between the additional lens and the video camera, connected to the visual information displaying unit. CPD value is determined using the measured value selection electronic unit simultaneously with the surface optical observation.
EFFECT: increase in the material surface study information content and reduction in the study time.
