FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain-processing industry. Pneumatic-mechanical device for removing the fruit membranes from the grain contains a feed hopper with a loading nozzle, a fan with blades, an electric motor, a precipitator, a mesh tool, a working plate and an exhaust pipe. Inlet of the precipitator is perpendicular to the tangent to the side surface of the precipitator. Mesh working body is installed in the inlet of the precipitator and is made in the form of a helical surface with the number of turns 0.5…0.75, with a diameter equal to the internal diameter of the inlet of the precipitator, and a step of turns of 4…6 times greater than the diameter of the inlet of the precipitator. Working plate is made in the form of a spherical segment, installed by the concave side to the precipitator inlet.
EFFECT: pneumomechanical device provides increased efficiency of the peeling process.
