SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to fodder production, in particular, to production of feeding meal for feeding farm and unproductive animals; the feeding meal is produced based on brewing industry wastes, in particular - malt sprouts. The invention concept is as follows: malt sprout feeding meal for farm and unproductive animals contains an enzyme preparation with cellulolytic activity 0.5-2%, an enzyme preparation with proteolytic activity 0.5-2%, malt sprouts - balance. Preferably, the total quantity of the enzyme preparations in the feeding meal is 1-3 wt %, the enzyme preparation with cellulolytic activity is represented by CelloLux F with activity 2000 units per 1 g or Celloviridin GZKh with activity 2000 units per 1 g, the enzyme preparation with proteolytic activity is represented by Protosubtilin GZKh with activity 70 units per 1 g. The feeding meal production method involves mechanochemical activation of the above dry mixture taken at a ratio of 100: 0,5-2: 0.5-2, in an activator ensuring the grinding bodies acceleration being 80-250 m/s2 and duration of stay in the treatment area 0.5-2.5 minutes. The activator may be represented by flow ball vibro-centrifugal, ellipse, centrifugal or centrifugal roll crushers.

EFFECT: inventions group allows to enhance content and bioavailability of water-soluble substances contained in malt sprouts, to ensure more complete fodder digestion and to increase gain in weight.
