SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for dental prosthetics. Endoossal all-ceramic screw single-stage implant-implant includes a screw element with external thread and an upper part. Implant is made of a bioactive ceramic structure. Upper part of the implant is made in the form of a truncated cone with a height of 5 mm and contains a locking element for connection to the implantator. Screw member has a thread depth from 0.2 mm to 0.7 mm with three projecting turns in the apical, median and cervical parts, respectively. Size range of the threaded part is from 6.2 mm to 13.2 mm, and the implant diameter range is 3.75 mm to 5.2 mm.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce traumatism of surrounding tissues and to shorten the time of prosthesis by using a biomechanically compatible implant design.
