FIELD: means of communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication apparatus that is configured to communicate with at least one of the user equipment (UE) of the first, limited in frequency band, type and UE of the second type. Communications apparatus comprises: means for assigning a first frequency resource for a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for a UE of a type limited in frequency band, the first PUCCH is initially carried by the first band, and the first PUCCH is subsequently transferred by the second band after reconfiguration by a type of band limited UE; and means for assigning a second frequency resource for a second PUCCH for a second type of UE.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure the allocation of frequency resources for each type of UE.
