SUBSTANCE: probe contains an outer and two inner tubes, one of which is made to drain the stump leaks of the duodenum, the second – to drain the Wirsung duct, the outer tube is provided with a conical tip and is divided into channels by a longitudinal partition, the width of which is from 1/2 to 2/3 of the inner diameter of the outer tube, while the inner tubes are located in a channel with a large cross section, and the channel of smaller cross-section is made with side openings for aspiration of gastric drainage, placed at the cone-shaped tip, made with the possibility of tight placement in the outer and inner tubes, namely, in the channel for aspiration of the gastric drainage and in the probes for the drainage of the Wirsung duct and the stump leaks of the duodenum.

EFFECT: device is proposed for performing the probing of the Wirsung duct and preventing the duodenal stump leaks in pancreatic cancer after pancreatoduodenal resection.
