SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for producing a mineral binder composition, in particular a concrete or mortar composition. In a method for producing a mineral binder composition, in particular a concrete or mortar composition, preferably having density of ≥1.0 kg/dm3, at least one mineral binder mixed with water and wherein before and/or during said mixing of the mineral binder composition, an air entraining agent is introduced, which is a mixture containing a reducing agent in the form of particles with an average particle diameter of less than 25 microns 0.1 to 10 wt%, at least one filler, in particular calcium carbonate, 90–99.9 wt%. Use of said mixture containing a reducing agent and at least one filler, in particular calcium carbonate, for introducing air pores into the mineral binder composition, in particular, a concrete or mortar composition obtained by said method. EFFECT: obtaining mineral binder compositions with high resistance to freezing, de-icing salt effect.
