FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and has a therapeutic and prophylactic orientation. Proposed therapeutic and preventive toothpaste contains, in wt%: 3.13–6.81 % aqueous dispersion of hydroxyapatite with a particle size of 20–80 nm (which corresponds to 1.00–2.00 wt% of dry matter) – 26.39–32.50; silicon dioxide – 5.00–10.00; 1,2-propandiol – 3.00–5.50; 0.74–2.60 % aqueous solution of sodium carboxymethylcellulose – 25.20–31.30 (which corresponds to 0.20–0.80 wt% of dry matter); papain – 0.01–1.00; cocamidopropyl betaine – 0.10–0.20; titanium dioxide – 0.10–0.20; silicon glycerolates of Si(C3H7O3)4⋅6C3H8O3 composition – the rest.
EFFECT: composition of the toothpaste provides a remineralizing effect, an increase in the resistance of the tooth enamel, an anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effect, as well as a positive effect on hyperesthesia and hyposalivation.
