SUBSTANCE: dental gel for remineralization of hard tissues of teeth containing a hydrophilic base in the form of silicon glycerolates, hydroxyapatite, sodium fluoride and xanthan gum, and as the indicated hydrophilic base, the gel contains a mixture of silicon tetraglycerolate in glycerin of the composition Si(C₃H₇O₃)₄⋅6C₃H₈O₃ and silicon dimethyldiglycerolate in glycerin of the composition (CH₃)₂Si(C₃H₇O₃)₂⋅0.25C₃H₈O₃ taken in a mass ratio equal to (3÷5):1, respectively, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: hydroxyapatite with a particle size of 20–80 nm 15.0–17.0, sodium fluoride 2.5–3.0, xanthan gum 1.5–2.0, a mixture of silicon glycerolates in glycerin 18.0–22.0, water — the rest is proposed.

EFFECT: use of the gel for remineralization of dental hard tissues provides a high therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients of the elderly and senile age groups, including those with concomitant diseases.
