FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for modeling hyperesthesia of hard tooth tissues, and is intended for use in experimental dentistry, for producing and further studying the safety effects of drugs on the dental tissues. Teeth removed according to orthognathic indications are used without pathological changes. Fix the tooth in silicone impression material. Bleaching gel is applied based on 35 % hydrogen peroxide with a layer of 2–3 mm. Using a lamp that combines LED and halogen light, the whitening gel is activated for 10 minutes twice.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain significant pathological changes of different morphology in the hard tissues of the teeth, characteristic of the pathological anatomy of the hyperesthesia of the teeth.
