FIELD: instrumentation technology; food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food quality control and relates to a control method based on Raman spectroscopy of drugs added to health food products. Method includes the steps in which the initial Raman spectroscopic signal is obtained and compared with the reference initial Raman spectroscopic signals of the drug formulations. It is determined that the sample contains drug formulations if the original Raman spectroscopic signal of the sample matches one or more of the reference source Raman spectroscopic signals of the drug formulations. If the original Raman spectroscopic signal of the sample does not coincide with any of the reference original Raman spectroscopic signals of all the compositions of the drugs, then test the enhanced Raman spectrum of the sample and comparing the amplified Raman spectroscopic signal of the sample with the reference amplified Raman spectroscopic signals of the drug formulations to determine if the sample to be controlled contains the drug formulations.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the accuracy and reduce the time spent in the measurements.
