FIELD: electronic technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to automatic means of objective control of the state of material values and their sealing during storage and transportation. Electronic locking and sealing device (hereinafter – ELSD) contains: optical power cable; case for fixing the ends of the power optical cable; optical radiation source and an optical radiation receiver installed in a housing and oriented at the ends of the fixed ends of a power optical cable; hinged cover through which the ends of a power optical cable are passed; latch to lock the hinged cover in the closed state; button on the body, which presses the protrusion on the hinged lid in its closed state; microcontroller inside the case, the mode of operation of which depends on the number of button presses and the duration of each of them; non-volatile memory; autonomous power source for powering the microcontroller, non-volatile memory, optical radiation source and optical radiation receiver.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of technical means while simplifying the inclusion of the device in the operating mode and testing its operation.
