SUBSTANCE: invention provides a base station, a mobile terminal and a communication control method which improve the accuracy of measuring channel quality. The communication control method includes steps of: distributing a CSI-RS representing a reference signal for measuring downlink quality based on subframe resources intended for CSI-RS transmission; specifying, in subframes intended for CSI-RS transmission, as blanked resources those resources in which the CSI-RS is distributed in neighbouring zones; and reporting to a mobile terminal information on the transmission interval, which indicates the transmission interval of subframes which, in both the subframe transmission cycle, intended for CSI-RS transmission in a served zone, and the subframe transmission cycle, intended for CSI-RS transmission in neighbouring zones, are specified at the same time.

EFFECT: high accuracy of channel quality estimation.
