FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: developed is a tape cartridge that can be smoothly connected / disconnected to / from the cartridge installation part. Tape cartridge comprises: a cartridge body having two protrusions grasped by fingers on its side surface; support roller guided by one of the guide pins when the tape cartridge is attached/detached and a guided portion guided by the other of the guide pins when the tape cartridge is attached/detached, the guided portion being located at the far end of the cartridge body, the far end being the outermost position above the imaginary line connecting the two protrusions grasped by the fingers to the support roller.

EFFECT: disclosed is a tape cartridge installed with possibility of connection / disconnection in a tape printer having two guide pins, which direct the tape cartridge connection / disconnection to / from the cartridge mounting section.
