SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to surgical cutting and stapling instruments and cassettes with straps for them, which are made with the possibility of dissection and stapling of tissue with staples. Cassette assembly with fasteners can comprise a cassette body including platform, cavities formed in the platform, a groove, a split jumper passing through the groove, fasteners, and a tissue thickness compensator. Each fastener is located with the possibility of removal in the cavity. Tissue thickness compensator is fixed with the possibility of release to the cartridge body. Tissue thickness compensator contains fastener. Fastener is made with the possibility of holding by means of a shared jumper when fixing tissue thickness compensator to the cassette case. In the second embodiment, the cassette assembly with fasteners comprises a cassette body including cavities, fasteners, a locking member, a tissue thickness compensator, a connector and a key. Each fastener is located with the possibility of removal in the cavity. Locking element is located with the possibility of movement in the cavity. Tissue thickness compensator is fixed with the possibility of release to the cassette body. Connector extends from the tissue thickness compensator. Key is configured to move the lock from the locking position to the unlocked position. Locking element is designed to hold the connector when attaching the tissue thickness compensator to the cassette body. Locking element is adapted to release the connector when the tissue thickness compensator is released from the cassette case. Group of inventions is characterized by attaching tissue thickness compensator to the cassette body.
