SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, the lumbar corset, in particular, to a fastening device for a corset, which can be used for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the lumbosacral part of the user. Lumbar corset comprises an unfastened belt, obtained by joining two halves, which are inseparably connected at the respective distal ends with a connecting element, while the respective proximal ends of said halves are made to ensure overlap and connection with the buttoned corset configuration. Specified corset contains a fastening device that contains the node formed with tapes, superimposed on the outer side of the corset and containing at least the first dorsal tape, at least a second dorsal strap, a first main lateral strap and a second main lateral strap. At least first dorsal is attached to the distal end of the first half at the first upper anchorage point and the first lower anchorage point and extends longitudinally towards the proximal end of the second half with a turn around the first free block. At least the second spinal tape is attached to the distal end of the second half at the second upper anchorage point and the second lower anchorage point and extends longitudinally towards the proximal end of the first half with a turn around the second free block. First main side tape is functionally connected to the second dorsal tape by means of said second free block and is combined with the first half at the first given fixation point. Second main side tape is functionally connected to the first dorsal tape by means of said first free block and is combined with the second half at the second predetermined fixation point. At the respective free ends of the two main side tapes, corresponding detachable fastening means are provided, which can be connected to the corresponding fastening parts located at said proximal ends. First main side tape is functionally connected to the corresponding second dorsal tape by positioning between them, in addition to the second free block, the first rolling block and the first auxiliary lateral tape, which is combined with the first half at the first specified fixation point. Second main side tape is functionally connected to the corresponding first dorsal tape by positioning between them, in addition to the first free block, the second rolling block and the second auxiliary side tape, which is combined with the second half at the second predetermined fixation point. Said second free block and the first movable block of the first half, as well as the first free block and the second movable block of the second half, are located along the same axis parallel to the longitudinal direction of passage of the unfastened belt forming the lumbar corset.

EFFECT: invention comprises a simplified fastening device that is simple to manufacture and use, efficient and reliable.
