FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to roll mill for rolling rolled material, particularly, for metal products. Rolling mill comprises at least two cushions for resting at least one roll, wherein roll with its two cylindrical pins of roll is installed with possibility of rotation in roll pads. Cylindrical bushing is located on roller trunnion with radial clearance. Annular thrust bearing is located with axial displacement relative to journal bushing without possibility of rotation. Roll trunnions are supported in cushions in the form of a sliding bearing, preferably in the form of a hydrodynamic bearing with an oil film. During load during rolling, journal bushing moves and deforms not only in radial direction, but also in axial direction. Trunnion bushing 120 is installed on cylindrical roller pin 114 with the possibility of axial movement at distance a between first stop 140-1 in form of thrust bearing and second stop 140-2.
EFFECT: as a result, elimination of wear or defect with limitation of journal bushing in axial direction.
