FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production and purification of synthesis gas containing CO, H2, CO2, CH4, H2O and N2. Method includes the stages of obtaining CO- and H2-containing synthesis gas flow from hydrocarbon-containing feedstock, separating at least CO2 from the flow of synthesis gas and cryogen releasing of CO from the flow of synthesis gas. CO2 is separated from the synthesis gas flow using adsorption at a variable temperature, upstream relative to the cryogenic separation of CO to less than 10 million-1 by volume. Saturated adsorbent is regenerated by indirect heat transfer from the coolant medium to the adsorbent. CO2 desorption occurs at a pressure in the range from 0.5 to 9 MPa, preferably from 1.5 to 6 MPa. CO2 after desorption is returned to the device for producing synthesis gas as a reagent. Downstream relative to adsorption at a variable temperature, additional adsorption can be carried out at a variable temperature to separate the remaining CO2 from the synthesis gas flow.
EFFECT: provided economical production of synthesis gas without the need for gas washing.
