SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular stimulation of plant growth and development. The proposed method for intensive plant cultivation in an aeroponic phytotron is characterized in complex pre-sowing vibration treatment of dry-air seeds with ultrasound with a frequency of 22 kHz, amplitude of 5±1 mcm for 60±5 s and their germination stimulation with Phytostimulator N1 sprayed together with a nutritional solution or individually using a hydroacoustic device at a concentration of 0.1-0.01 ml/l at a plant vegetation stage in the aeroponic phytotron with inner surfaces of the working volume covered with amber varnish.

EFFECT: development of a method for the effective stimulation of growth and development of green, medicinal and other plants, in particular common hop (Humulus lupulus) of the Cannabis family (Cannabaceae) and some others in the aeroponic phytotron.
