FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method for accelerated relaxation of period of rest by stimulating awakening and friendly shoots of freshly harvested minitubers of potatoes, including placing them in an aqueous solution containing thiocyanate potassium and thiourea by 0.02 g/l, indolylacetic, gibberylic and succinic acid in amount of 0.02 g/l, as well as melanin-like substances from Nadsoniella nigra yeast in amount of 1.0–3.0 g/l, and characterized in that minitubers in solution are exposed to ultrasound with frequency of 22–44 kHz, acoustic power density of 0.3–1.0 W/cm3 for 15–360 s.
EFFECT: invention allows to stimulate potato minitubers sprouting, increase the number of waking up eyes and accelerate growth of sprouts.
