SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. In the method, the fertilizer contains a mass fraction of coke-chemical ammonium sulfate in powder form, a mass fraction of phosphate rock, a mass fraction of potassium chloride, and additionally contains a mass fraction of powdered potassium humate. All components are taken at a certain ratio. This method for producing fertilizer consists in mixing and grinding the components, followed by the production of fertilizer by granulating, and after mixing and grinding the components, the phosphate flour – 100 %, powdered potassium chloride – 100 %, powdered potassium humate – 100 %, coke-powdered ammonium in powder form – 80–85 %, are fed into the mixer-granulator with simultaneous supply of solution of ammonium sulfate in the amount of 15–20 % heated to 40–50 °C 35 %, the obtained moistened grit from the mixer-granulator is fed to a plate granulator for consolidation and obtaining oval-shaped granules, while the resulting granules are fed to a drum dryer for drying to a residual moisture content 1…1.5 %.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to create complex universal balanced fertilizers with humates for spring-summer application, restore soil fertility and increase crop yields.
