SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, mainly to the production columns sealing and formations shutting off devices. Device contains a shoe with the centralizer, hermetically connected to the patch in the form of a smooth metal branch pipe, on the outside having elastic sealing rings on the ends, and on the inside is the patch expansion unit. In the shoe housing there are longitudinal lugs with the curved bottom, in which rocker arms of different size along the rocker arm length are arranged in pairs by means of the axes, each of which has the flat tail part with the oblong hole. Rocker arms tail parts are made so, that their convex lower curved edges are in contact with the lugs concave curved bottom. Each of the rocker arms can make the plane-parallel movement in the longitudinal plane. During the patch with the shoe movement along the well bore horizontal section production casing due to friction against the walls the column the rocker arms are shifted back, at the same time making a turn around the axes fixed in the shoe housing lugs, increasing their tail parts protrusion beyond the shoe dimensions and thereby ensuring the device centering in the PS, and the smooth passage through the well horizontal section. After the patch installing shoe with centralizer is drilled.

EFFECT: increasing the device operation reliability and efficiency in horizontal wells.
