FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cylindrical drum with a heat-insulating coating supported by its body on the supporting rollers. Device consists of three parts: left end wall, actual drum and right end wall with the unloading device. Inner space of the drum is divided by a sealed partition into two chambers – a biothermal one, where a bioprocess and a drying chamber take place, where the composted mass comes to the ready. On the left wall is a system of aeration of an oxygen-ozone air mixture of compostable mass through cermet pipes with plugs, and on the right wall – a system of aeration by air mixture through metal pipes with holes for drying the compost mass. Left and right walls are able to move out of the drum and slide into it with subsequent fixation. On the inner surface of the drum, double blades are fixed on a screw line for mixing and unloading the compost.
EFFECT: invention can be used in the production of fertilizers from agricultural waste.
