Manure solid fraction into the cattle bedding processing device with controlled biothermal process, containing a base, mounted on the support rollers with possibility of rotation by means of a drive cylindrical drum with the heat insulating coating, equipped with the treated mass aeration system and having on its retractable end left wall a loading branch pipe for the screw conveyor and on the right sliding end wall a discharge opening, as well as mounted in the drum on the same end wall blades for the finished mass supply to the discharge opening, wherein the aeration system in the biothermal chamber is implemented by the oxygen-ozone air mixture through pipes made of porous metal, taking into account of the temperature sensors readings.
