The valve of the system has an inlet and an outlet, and a valve element made with the ability to move between the first equilibrium position and the second open position. When the valve element is in the first position the inlet and the outlet are not coupled through the liquid medium. When the valve element is in the second position the inlet and the outlet are coupled through the liquid medium. The valve element is made with the ability to move between the first position and the second position in response to the pressure at the inlet and the outlet, and the valve element is made with the ability to move to the third position to provide the liquid medium flow from the outlet to the inlet.

EFFECT: invention provides refilling of the device with liquid and gas.
