SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses the capacitive load based ultra-wideband fixed phase shifter, which includes N physically separated phases shift units, and each phases shift unit includes the orthogonal coupler, first and second transmission lines, first and second capacitive loads, the orthogonal coupler includes the input end, the connecting end, direct connection end and the isolated end, the first transmission line one end serves as the phases shift unit signal input end, and the other end is connected to the orthogonal coupler input end, the second transmission line one end serves as the phases shift unit signal end output, and the other end is connected to the orthogonal coupler insulated end; the first capacitive load one end is connected to the orthogonal coupler connecting end, and the other end is grounded; the second capacitive load one end is connected to the orthogonal coupler direct connection end, and the other end is grounded.

EFFECT: capacitive load based ultra-wideband fixed phase shifter, has a compact design, occupies little space and provides for low inserted losses, does not require an additional power source and logic control device, and can be widely used in various fields.
