SUBSTANCE: device comprises a reference and a phase-shifting channels with feed lines, the reference channel being a segment of a homogeneous single transmission line, and the phase-shift channel being a four-port network formed by cascading an odd number of alternating segments of the connected transmission lines having the same coupling coefficients, and the unconnected transmission lines having the same wave impedances. The alternating segments are made of different electrical length, and the last is the segment of the connected transmission lines, the ends of which are connected by a segment of a single transmission line, which is a short-circuited loop. The electrical lengths of the segments of the transmission lines and the loop, as well as their wave resistance, are chosen proceeding from the problem solution of the parametric optimisation.
EFFECT: decreasing the maximum deviation of the Δϕ phase shift function from the nominal value ϕ0.
