SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of adjusting beds and is aimed at improving the reliability of the system. Articulated bed comprises a frame, a flexible support member, support brackets and a massage device for exciting vibrations. Frame has side frame members and a rigid transverse frame member extending between the side frame members. Flexible support member is attached to the rigid transverse frame member. Support brackets are made with shuttles attached to support a portion for the upper body of the flexible support member. Support brackets are configured to rotate in the range of motion from the level flush with the side frame members to the fully raised position, in which the portion for the upper body is held at an angle in the raised position. Shuttles make a reciprocating movement on the support brackets, as a result of which the flexible support member is slidingly supported on the support brackets to change their position during movement of the support brackets. Massage device for exciting vibrations is attached to the bottom surface of the flexible support member between the support brackets.

EFFECT: device for exciting vibrations using ultrasound acts on the flexible supporting member.
