FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical adjustable beds. Rotary bed comprises support frame with head section, foot section and frame side elements; running gear, support for upper part of body, telescopic rotary prop and rotary bracket with fixed length. Traveling mechanism has seat and is equipped with wheels engaged with frame side elements. Support for upper part of body is connected with possibility of rotation with running mechanism. Telescopic rotary prop is attached at the first end and rotated by means of an axis attached to the side elements of the frame to turn. Telescopic rotary prop is engaged at the second end with a support for the upper body part. Rotary bracket with fixed length is held at first end by rotatable tube and is pivotally attached to support for upper body part at second end. Rotatable tube is installed on casters held in guide. Rotatable tube translates transversely in the guide in motion in the first range and comes into contact with the end of the guide located next to the head section of the frame at the end point of the first range of motion. Telescopic prop is vertically aligned at the end point of the first range of motion, transmitting countermeasures for translational movement of the running gear to a fixed-length rotary bracket. Telescopic rotary prop is elongated within the second range of running gear movement with complete rotation of the support section for the upper part of the body when the travel mechanism reaches the position of complete movement.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of overall dimensions of drive system.
