FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to laparoscopic surgery. An anterior reconstruction of the small pelvis is performed after urethrocystoanastomosis is formed. An anterior wall of the urinary bladder is fixed along its contour to an endopelvic fascia in front and an absorbable material in a lateral continuous suture.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables recovering a significant portion of connective tissue fixation apparatus of prostate and bladder neck, improving functional results, namely early retention of urine following radical prostatectomy.
